Platform Admin Specialist (AMER)

Location: United States; remote and hybrid work options are indicated.

Salary: $55,000–$70,000 per annum

What you will do

• Manage content requests from intake through publication and configure platform features to agreed specifications.
• Deliver builds within service levels, identify risks, and resolve intake or creative brief gaps before implementation.
• Apply style guides and perform quality assurance through final sign-off.
• Coordinate internal stakeholders, third-party agencies, and content suppliers to maintain delivery momentum.
• Monitor post-launch performance, resolve issues, and share actionable insights.
• Advise customers on platform configuration, usability, best practices, and product updates.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience administering LMS or LXP platforms; direct hirify.global Platform experience is desirable.
• Experience managing service levels and multiple projects in a ticket-driven environment.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, technical aptitude, and quality focus.
• Experience collaborating with stakeholders, L&D and marketing teams, creative agencies, and content suppliers.
• Confident communication skills and the ability to explain complex platform details to diverse audiences.
• Customer-focused approach and interest in innovative learning experiences.
