Strategic Communication Manager, Campaigns and Content

What you will do

• Develop and deliver internal campaigns and content aligned with Group business priorities.
• Lead a global editorial squad and create a 12-month content plan for company-wide audiences.
• Improve leader-led communications through engaging, human-centred formats.
• Produce stories, scripts, FAQs, playbooks, toolkits and messaging frameworks while protecting the corporate tone of voice.
• Plan content for internal global channels and relevant social media opportunities.
• Identify communication risks and opportunities, manage content reach and leadership briefing cascades, and refine messaging using insight and feedback.

Requirements

• Extensive internal and corporate communications experience in large, complex matrix organisations.
• Proven experience developing and implementing communications strategies, editorial campaigns and programmes in global companies.
• Excellent writing, editorial, strategic planning and prioritisation skills, including the ability to simplify complex business information.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build trusted relationships across matrix organisations.
• Strong understanding of AI tools and technologies, with experience applying AI in a corporate environment.
• Degree-level education or equivalent and native or native-level English.
