Strategic Communications Manager (AI)

Location: Hybrid work from the Paris or Berlin office; the listing is also marked onsite.

Salary: €65,000–€80,000 gross per year.

hirify.global is a tabular AI company founded by the creators of scikit-learn, developing and maintaining open-source tools for data science.

What you will do

• Develop and sharpen hirify.global’s strategic positioning, narrative, and messaging across audiences, channels, and formats.
• Coordinate day-to-day external communications and maintain a coherent company-wide communications stream.
• Create and distribute content for the website, social media, blog, and newsletter.
• Turn product, partnership, and release launches into coordinated stories for enterprise buyers, investors, data scientists, and the press.
• Support the Head of Ecosystem Development in building and energizing a global ambassador network.
• Collaborate with ecosystem development, product, engineering, and business development teams.

Requirements

• Flawless C2 or native English.
• 5–8 years of experience in communications, brand, content, or a closely related field.
• Experience driving brand or product narratives across multiple channels, audiences, and markets, including managing and delivering a content calendar.
• Strong editorial judgment and the ability to explain complex technical topics clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience creating engaging online content and using performance data to refine content strategy.
• Enthusiasm for storytelling, content creation, communities, data science, AI, and/or open source, with confidence coordinating across technical and non-technical teams.

Nice to have

• Fluent written and verbal German and/or French.
• Experience in AI or the technology sector.
• Experience building an ambassador program, organizing events, or contributing to an open-source community.
• Graphic design skills and familiarity with InDesign or Canva.
