Supply Planning Operations Leader

Location: Onsite in Novomoskovsk, Tula Oblast, Russia. The position requires being based in Russia, Novomoskovsk, and offers relocation and housing support for relocation more than 50 km from the permanent residence.

Salary: From 200,000 RUB gross per month; annual bonus. Relocation and housing support: 22,000 RUB net.

What you will do

• Lead and manage the supply planning team.
• Oversee order placement, shipment tracking, inventory management, and daily planning operations.
• Define processes, tools, and analytical solutions to influence operational and business strategies.
• Drive supply chain improvements and lead transformational planning projects.
• Identify and address supply chain risks and critical operational issues.
• Provide technical expertise, second-level support, and direction-setting for the planning organization.

Requirements

• Must be based in Russia, Novomoskovsk.
• Availability for a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in logistics or a planning department.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, C1, or Oracle.
• University degree (DipHE) and strong analytical, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Good command of English at Intermediate level or higher.
