Campaign & Portfolio Manager - Agrichemicals / Crop Protection

Location: Grassobbio, Italy; hybrid work with 2 days per week at facilities near Bergamo

What you will do

• Develop mid- and long-term marketing and portfolio strategies for Corn, Rice, and Row Crops in Italy.
• Lead product launches, campaigns, field activities, and promotional plans.
• Manage portfolio performance, including pricing, volume, and profitability.
• Identify customer, market, and competitor opportunities.
• Work with Sales to strengthen go-to-market and channel strategies.
• Lead strategic growth projects and collaborate with Marketing, Regulatory, Supply, Finance, Product Development, and Communications teams.

Requirements

• Professional marketing experience in agriculture, crop protection, or a related sector.
• Strong agronomy and crop protection knowledge.
• Degree in Agriculture or a related discipline.
• Strong commercial, analytical, and strategic skills.
• Fluent Italian and English.
• Willingness to travel 20–30% and work onsite at the facilities near Bergamo 2 days per week.
