Event Specialist (Legal AI)

Location: Hybrid in Milan; the posting also states Madrid/Barcelona HQ in Spain

Annual salary: €25,000–35,000, plus bonus

What you will do

• Plan and manage internal and external events from initial brief through post-event debrief.
• Coordinate team events, workshops, company-wide meetings, conferences, trade fairs, webinars, and partner activations.
• Define event objectives and timelines with leadership, marketing, communications, and partnerships teams.
• Supervise suppliers and partners covering logistics, catering, venues, technical operations, and event setup.
• Manage networking and registration platforms such as Brella and Luma.
• Track event performance, collect feedback, and improve processes and attendee experiences.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in event operations, event coordination, or project management.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
• Proactive attitude and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Native Spanish and fluent English at C1+ level required.
• Passion for innovation, technology, and dynamic environments.

Nice to have

• Italian language skills.
• Familiarity with Brella, Luma, webinar management tools, or visual content creation.
