Marketing & Communication Internship

Location: Milan, Italy; hybrid work arrangement

What you will do

• Support customer and prospect events, webinars, and workshops from planning through execution.
• Assist with digital marketing campaigns and internal communications for Sales and Marketing teams.
• Help manage leads and monitor campaign performance through the CRM.
• Develop materials for social media, newsletters, and landing pages.
• Maintain databases, reports, and marketing dashboards for data-driven decisions.
• Coordinate vendors, partner agencies, and external suppliers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, completed or nearing completion.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel, and modern AI-powered tools.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and proactive problem-solving skills.
• English at minimum B2 level and native-level Italian communication skills.
• Interest in event management, corporate communications, and technology innovation in the IT industry.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with social media platforms, email marketing, CRM, and marketing automation tools.
