What you will do

• Lead a team of data analysts and implement analytical frameworks to improve business performance.
• Analyze complex datasets to identify patterns and trends that support business growth.
• Develop models and forecasts for business planning and decision-making.
• Present analytical findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business objectives into actionable insights.
• Monitor data sources and implement quality-control processes to maintain data integrity and accuracy.

Requirements

• Experience leading analytics projects and delivering high-quality insights and recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex data clearly to stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Strong problem-solving, critical-thinking, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
• Experience with SQL, Python, R, or other programming languages used in analytics.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in mathematics, statistics, economics, computer science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in prescriptive and predictive analytics, including at least 2 years managing a team of analysts.
• Experience in financial services or lending.
• Experience leveraging GenAI for reporting and analytics.
