🚀 We’re hiring: Customer Support Engineer
Spotware Systems is looking for an experienced Customer Support Engineer to join our team in Limassol, Cyprus 🇨🇾

What you’ll be doing:
🔹 Supporting B2B clients on technical and functional issues
🔹 Investigating incidents using logs, SQL and application-level analysis
🔹 Working with MT4/MT5, plugins, gateways and liquidity bridges
🔹 Coordinating with clients, internal teams and third parties
🔹 Troubleshooting issues and driving them through to resolution
🔹 Building deeper expertise in Forex and brokerage technology
🔹 Using AI tools to improve your day-to-day workflow
What we’re looking for:
✔️ 3+ years of technical support experience in brokerage or fintech
✔️ Experience with MT4/MT5 Manager & Administrator
✔️ Knowledge of liquidity bridges such as oneZero, PrimeXM, Centroid or similar
✔️ Practical SQL skills
✔️ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
✔️ Strong English
✔️ Willingness to work on a rotating shift schedule after training (24/6 coverage)
Nice to have: API integrations, FIX protocol, programming/scripting skills.
