Customer Service Representative (Fintech)

Location: Remote from any place; shifts are 2/2 from 4pm to 4am GMT.

What you will do

• Respond to customer queries through email, live chat, and phone calls.
• Work with cross-functional departments to resolve complex issues and escalate cases when needed.
• Follow up with customers, troubleshoot problems, and ensure concerns are resolved.
• Document recurring issues and contribute to process improvement.
• Create FAQs, user manuals, tutorials, and other informational materials.
• Guide current and prospective clients on additional products and services while improving the customer experience.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of online customer support experience.
• Excellent written and spoken English required.
• Experience in fintech, particularly forex or crypto.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to navigate stressful situations.
• Experience with customer service software, tools, and databases.
