TL;DR
System Administrator (Game Development): Maintaining and optimizing server infrastructure, autobuilders, testers, and physical Dell and Supermicro systems with an accent on infrastructure automation, monitoring, and hands-on configuration. Focus on provisioning systems with Ansible and Terraform, building Zabbix and Telegraf alerting, and supporting playtest, streaming, hardware, and IT operations.
Location: Stockholm, Sweden; hybrid work requires office attendance on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays. Relocation assistance is not available.

What you will do
- Maintain and optimize the performance and stability of servers, autobuilders, and testers.
- Install, configure, and maintain physical Dell and Supermicro server infrastructure.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration with Ansible and Terraform.
- Build and manage monitoring and alerting with Zabbix and Telegraf.
- Support playtest setups, town hall meetings, streaming setups, hardware troubleshooting, configuration changes, and procurement.
Requirements
- Curiosity and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Self-driven approach with ownership of tasks and proactive problem-solving.
- Comfort switching between architectural planning and hands-on installation and configuration.
- Ability to work from the Stockholm office on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with web servers, load balancers, and proxy servers.
- Experience with Kubernetes, Google Compute Engine, and cloud computing.
- Experience administering Perforce Servers.
- Windows Server expertise, including DFS, MDT, WDS, and Intune.
- Programming or scripting proficiency in Python or PowerShell.
