Senior Product Engineer (Growth)

What you will do

• Identify growth opportunities with product managers, designers, and analysts, and turn them into data-driven engineering solutions.
• Build reusable services and components for marketing campaigns, onboarding, KYC, and first-funding experiences across web and mobile.
• Develop and maintain distributed systems serving large volumes of global traffic with high performance and reliability.
• Participate in design and architecture discussions, balancing user impact, scalability, and maintainability.
• Measure, experiment, and iterate using analytics and experimentation frameworks to understand user behavior.
• Improve engineering standards, performance, and security practices across the stack.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience building and maintaining production systems at scale.
• Full-stack application development experience with TypeScript, Rust, Go, Python, or Ruby, plus React or React Native.
• Understanding of distributed systems, performance optimization, debugging, and secure software design.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, MySQL/MariaDB, Redis, or GitLab CI/CD.
• Product mindset with the ability to connect engineering work to business metrics.
• Ability to work autonomously in a globally distributed, remote-first environment from one of the listed countries.

Nice to have

• Experience with A/B testing, analytics instrumentation, or experimentation platforms.
• Background in growth engineering, user funnels, lifecycle, or conversion optimization.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools or experimentation frameworks.
