Risk Manager (Fintech)

What you will do

• Enhance the operational risk framework, including policies, procedures, and controls.
• Document important business services and conduct operational resilience reviews.
• Perform risk and control assessments across business units and investigate operational processes and procedures.
• Maintain risk registers and implement key risk indicators to monitor operational risks.
• Strengthen risk management programs covering incident management and outsourcing.
• Communicate risk information and prepare regular operational risk reports for stakeholders.

Requirements

• Degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of operational risk management experience in a financial institution or fintech.
• Understanding of qualitative and quantitative risk assessment methodologies.
• Knowledge of business continuity, outsourcing, information security, and data management.
• Experience with formal risk and control assessments, operational resilience reviews, incident management, and root cause analysis.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, communication, and collaboration skills.
