Senior Fullstack Engineer (AI)

Location: Poland; remote workplace, with remote work available from many countries and offices in the United States, Poland, Romania, and Ukraine.

What you will do

• Deliver SignNow product features using AI coding agents as the primary implementation workflow.
• Write specifications and context-rich tasks, then iterate on agent output until it meets architecture, quality, and acceptance standards.
• Review and verify agent-generated code, documentation, test coverage, performance, and production behavior.
• Own features end to end, from clarifying requirements through release, monitoring, and regression prevention.
• Improve shared prompts, context, rules, and guardrails for AI coding agents across the team.
• Participate in code reviews, documentation reviews, and production duty rotations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of commercial software engineering experience.
• Hands-on production experience with AI coding agents such as Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, or similar.
• Commercial experience with PHP, Node, or Golang, plus JavaScript, TypeScript, and React.
• Solid SQL and relational database experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL, or similar systems.
• Working knowledge of Docker, testing methodologies, DevOps, CI/CD, AWS, and cloud-native solutions.
• Fluent English, written and spoken. Ability to write technical documentation using C4 model and ADR approaches.
