What you will do

• Support the global Finance Key User Community during SAP S/4HANA rollouts and transitions into business operations.
• Advise stakeholders on standard SAP S/4HANA processes and fit-to-standard solutions.
• Analyze, challenge, and document business requirements across end-to-end finance processes.
• Identify template gaps and drive continuous improvements aligned with the global rollout strategy.
• Support PMO activities during rollout projects and business transitions.
• Translate business needs into scalable SAP system logic in collaboration with Finance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and IT.

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Significant expertise in SAP S/4HANA Controlling within global rollout environments.
• Strong understanding of COGS flows, variance analysis, transfer pricing, and intercompany processes.
• Experience with project-based manufacturing, engineering-driven businesses, and Group Reporting structures.
• Ability to challenge business requirements and drive standardization across cross-functional teams.
• Business-fluent English required; German is an advantage.
