What you will do

• Configure and support SAP Concur Expense, Travel, and Purchasing Card processing for client environments.
• Design expense policies, audit rules, approval workflows, delegation structures, and related configuration.
• Configure and troubleshoot Concur to SAP S/4HANA financial posting integration, including GL and tax determination and cost object derivation.
• Set up and maintain purchasing card feeds and resolve reconciliation and posting exceptions.
• Build Concur reporting and support the transition to Power BI.
• Provide incident support, configuration documentation, and knowledge transfer.

Requirements

• 4–8 years of hands-on experience configuring and supporting SAP Concur, including Expense and Purchasing Card work.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.
• Demonstrated Concur to SAP S/4HANA integration experience, including cost object derivation, tax, and GL determination.
• Experience with expense types, policy groups, audit rules, workflows, approval hierarchies, delegates, and travel policies.
• Experience implementing purchasing card programs, including card feeds, transaction imports, reconciliation, and exception handling.
• SAP FI-TV experience alone does not qualify; direct SAP Concur configuration experience is required.

Nice to have

• SAP Concur certification in Expense Configuration or Advanced Configuration.
• Experience with Concur Request, Invoice, Reporting/Intelligence, mobile expense capture, receipt imaging, and audit services.
• Public sector expense policy experience.
