Location: Sofia, Bulgaria; office-based role at 59 G. M. Dimitrov Blvd, NV Tower, with facilities near Metro Station G.M. Dimitrov.

What you will do

• Support customers in optimizing and scaling their Atlassian environments.
• Analyze customer requirements and help develop tailored Jira and Confluence solutions.
• Prepare and present workshops and technical concepts.
• Set up, configure, and continuously optimize Atlassian tools.
• Provide technical and organizational support and help ensure successful project implementation.

Requirements

• Completed university degree or vocational training in IT.
• Very good written and spoken German and English for autonomous communication.
• Interest in learning customer consulting and developing expertise in Atlassian collaboration tools.
• Ability to communicate with customers and address technical and organizational questions.
