Solution Consultant (UKG Ready HCM)

Location: Hybrid role in Varna, Bulgaria; standard UK working hours. Travel of up to 25% may be required.

Salary: €19,800–€26,750 per year, plus potential performance-based bonus and restricted stock unit awards.

What you will do

• Conduct requirement-assessment workshops with senior customer stakeholders.
• Design and implement hirify.global Ready HCM solutions and interfaces aligned with business goals.
• Collect, validate, analyze, and document business requirements and technical specifications.
• Build and configure systems according to approved designs and client requirements.
• Support functional, integration, and user acceptance testing.
• Advise clients on workforce management, process optimization, system configuration, and implementation best practices.

Requirements

• Experience as a consultant in a similar application environment.
• Extensive experience implementing solutions for medium to large enterprise customers.
• Experience managing or supporting UK payroll processes, including knowledge of UK payroll legislation and compliance.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, written communication, presentation, and client relationship skills.
• Excellent English communication skills required.
