hirify.global is developing Seagliders, wing-in-ground-effect electric vehicles designed to provide fast, lower-cost coastal passenger and cargo transportation.

What you will do

• Monitor EDR tooling and security alerts, investigate findings, resolve issues, and escalate incidents when appropriate.
• Manage the vulnerability lifecycle, including scanning, prioritization, remediation tracking, verification, and reporting.
• Execute incident response procedures covering detection, containment, eradication, and recovery.
• Maintain security baselines, hardened builds, authorized software and service records, and drift monitoring.
• Support identity and access administration, joiner/mover/leaver workflows, privileged access, and access reviews.
• Support data governance, DLP, retention controls, backup and disaster recovery testing, security awareness, and audit-ready documentation.

Requirements

• Experience with endpoint detection and response, vulnerability management, incident response, system hardening, and configuration management.
• Working knowledge of identity and access fundamentals, including access reviews and joiner/mover/leaver workflows.
• Ability to create accurate security procedures, incident records, configuration baselines, and compliance evidence.
• Proactive ownership, clear communication, attention to detail, and ability to collaborate across IT, Engineering, Manufacturing, Workplace Operations, and People teams.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities, learn new tools, and escalate risks or ambiguous incidents appropriately.

Nice to have

• Exposure to CMMC, NIST SP 800-171, aerospace, defense, manufacturing, or another regulated environment.
• Experience with identity providers, conditional access, data classification, DLP tooling, VLANs, RADIUS/802.1X, firewall concepts, or security scripting and automation.
