Data Domain Manager

What you will do

• Translate product roadmaps into data requirements and identify opportunities to improve user value.
• Maintain a domain-specific data roadmap aligned with YouVersion’s strategic priorities.
• Partner with engineering teams to build foundational data capabilities.
• Prioritize data initiatives and operational requests while managing delivery accountability.
• Own the quality, governance, documentation, instrumentation, and accessibility of domain datasets.
• Serve as the primary data partner for product managers, engineering leads, domain leaders, and executives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data analytics, data science, or a related field, with progression into strategic responsibilities.
• Strong product thinking and the ability to translate business objectives into clear data requirements.
• Deep knowledge of the end-to-end data lifecycle, including collection, storage, transformation, analysis, and activation.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; experience with modern data stacks, mobile app analytics, or consumer digital products preferred.
