Financial Analyst

Location: Nicosia, Cyprus; hybrid work

What you will do

• Support local intercompany accounting processes, system implementations, statutory audits, and ad hoc finance activities.
• Prepare and record intercompany accounting entries across multiple regions, including cross-border cash repatriations, infusions, and other legal-entity transactions.
• Manage intercompany settlements in partnership with Treasury and Tax teams.
• Reconcile intercompany positions and ensure global balances are accurate.
• Maintain ledger integrity, support internal controls, and ensure compliance with company accounting policies.
• Improve processes and policies, monitor service-level targets, and provide guidance to global finance teams.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of relevant experience and a degree in Finance or Business.
• Qualified accountant with strong knowledge of accounting principles.
• Knowledge and experience with SOX compliance and internal and external audit processes.
• Working knowledge of Oracle or a similar ERP system.
• Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• Fluency in English and Greek is required.
