Senior Analyst, Treasury COO Office (AI)

What you will do

• Support the Treasury COO with strategic materials, leadership agendas, pre-reads, and progress reporting.
• Coordinate resourcing, budget planning, transformation initiatives, planning cycles, and external-partner SOWs.
• Prototype AI-assisted workflows, dashboards, and interfaces; support AI Open Office Hours and coordinate use cases with Finance and hirify.global AI centers of excellence.
• Coordinate internal communications, town halls, training, and recognition programs across Treasury stakeholders.
• Identify and implement process and control improvements while escalating risks and roadblocks.
• Organize Treasury data and dashboard efforts, translating leadership requests into structured deliverables and contributing to dashboard architecture.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant professional experience in finance transformation, treasury operations, business analytics, human capital, consulting, or a COO/chief-of-staff function.
• Working knowledge of treasury or finance concepts, including liquidity, cash forecasting, and capital reporting.
• Ability to translate ambiguous requests into structured deliverables, apply critical thinking, and build stakeholder trust.
• Comfort coordinating technical and business teams, with hands-on experience using Excel, AI-assisted tools, or no-code platforms for rapid prototyping.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and daily use of AI tools to improve workflows.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with insurance or asset management concepts and metrics.
• Experience with Kyriba, Pigment, Workday Adaptive Planning, or similar treasury or EPM platforms.
• Proven experience driving process improvements and partnering with senior leadership or a COO/chief-of-staff function.
• Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) or Project Management Professional (PMP) designation.
