Junior Strategy Consultant (Pharmaceutical Strategy)

Location: Remote with UK business-hours overlap required; open to candidates in the UK, Europe, South Africa, the Philippines, and aligned time zones.

Full-time project engagement for 12 weeks, Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week.

What you will do

• Support stakeholder interview preparation, note-taking, and synthesis for market launch preparedness workstreams.
• Update, build, and test Excel-based market assessment models under senior team direction.
• Consolidate cross-functional client inputs into standardized templates during strategic brand planning sprints.
• Identify strategic themes, gaps, and implications from qualitative and quantitative data.
• Structure and refine executive-ready PowerPoint presentations and workshop materials.
• Conduct desk research and maintain proactive communication across concurrent consulting workstreams.

Requirements

• Approximately 1–3 years of experience in management or strategy consulting, pharmaceutical or biotech work, market research, or a comparable analytical setting.
• Background in business, economics, life sciences, or a relevant scientific discipline.
• Experience researching, consolidating complex qualitative inputs, and organizing data logically.
• Practical experience building or refining Excel models and structuring PowerPoint presentations.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills required.
• Ability to work remotely during core UK business hours with maximum time-zone overlap.

Nice to have

• Pharmaceutical or life sciences strategy consulting experience.
• Exposure to brand planning, commercial strategy, or launch preparedness frameworks.
• Experience synthesizing stakeholder interview outputs.
• Familiarity with quantitative assessment tools or market models.
