Engineering Resource & Capacity Planner (Robotics)

What you will do

• Align engineering capacity with current and future project demand.
• Coordinate between Sales, Project Management, and Engineering to translate project needs into resource plans.
• Support quotation and commercial decisions with capacity, planning risk, and delivery feasibility insights.
• Build forward-looking resource and capacity plans, identifying bottlenecks, skill gaps, and workforce needs.
• Monitor utilization, balance workloads, coordinate internal and external resources, and resolve capacity conflicts.
• Create reports, dashboards, and recommendations while improving planning processes and tools.

Requirements

• Experience in resource planning, project planning, operations coordination, or engineering-driven project environments.
• Experience in a technical, project-based organization; industrial automation, engineered-to-order, or manufacturing experience is preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; Power BI, ERP systems, or project planning tools are advantageous.
• Fluent Dutch and English, spoken and written, required.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree, or equivalent experience.
