Engineering Resource & Capacity Planner (Robotics)

Location: Beersel, Flemish Brabant, Belgium; work in a flexible environment within hirify.global Robotics.

What you will do

• Align engineering capacity with current and future business demand and ensure the right expertise is available for projects.
• Coordinate between Sales, Project Management, and Engineering by translating project needs into resource plans.
• Provide capacity availability, planning risk, and delivery feasibility insights during quotation activities.
• Build and maintain forward-looking resource and capacity plans, identifying bottlenecks, skill gaps, and workforce needs.
• Monitor resource utilization, balance workloads, coordinate internal and external resources, and resolve capacity conflicts.
• Create reports, dashboards, and recommendations from planning data while improving planning processes and tools.

Requirements

• Experience in resource planning, project planning, operations coordination, or engineering-driven project environments.
• Experience working in a technical, project-based organization; industrial automation, engineered-to-order, manufacturing, or a similar environment is expected.
• Strong analytical thinking, including interpreting data, identifying trends, and translating insights into action.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across teams and organizational levels.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, stay organized, maintain an overview of business needs, and challenge assumptions using facts and data.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Fluent Dutch and English, spoken and written. English proficiency is required.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree, or equivalent experience.

• Experience with Power BI, ERP systems, or project planning tools.
