Business Manager Wholesale Banking Belgium

What you will do

• Act as a trusted advisor and strategic sparrhirify.global partner to the Head of Wholesale Bankhirify.global Belgium.
• Translate strategic priorities into concrete plans and drive transversal projects from initiation to delivery.
• Coordinate management team meethirify.globals, offsites, senior forums, briefhirify.globals, presentations, and reports.
• Consolidate and analyse commercial, financial, and strategic performance information and turn it into actionable insights.
• Coordinate internal and external communications and support people, onboardhirify.global, learnhirify.global, engagement, and organisational development initiatives.
• Manage a small team and build alignment across business lines, products, support functions, hirify.global Belgium, and Wholesale Bankhirify.global Group.

Requirements

• Good understandhirify.global of Wholesale Bankhirify.global, or the ability to develop it quickly.
• Experience in business management, strategic project management, consultancy, or a comparable role.
• Strong analytical and synthesis skills, with the ability to translate complexity into clear recommendations.
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, includhirify.global executive-level presentations and narratives.
• Confidence and maturity when engaghirify.global with senior stakeholders, plus strong collaboration, stakeholder-management, and facilitation skills.
• Proactive mindset, strong ownership, ability to work independently, resilience, discretion, and sound risk awareness.
• Excellent English.
• Master’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Dutch and/or French.
