Focus on performing root cause analysis, collaborating with engineering for bug fixes, and improving technical documentation.

Location: Hybrid (Taguig City, Philippines) - 10x a month RTO

What you will do

• Respond to complex technical support requests via phone, email, and support portals.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues involving software applications, cloud platforms, APIs, and integrations.
• Perform root cause analysis and collaborate with Engineering on bug investigations and feature requests.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, knowledge base articles, and internal troubleshooting guides.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and third-party partners to drive timely issue resolution.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for the hirify.global Xvantage platform.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 2-4 years of experience in Technical Support, Application Support, or SaaS Support.
• Working knowledge of AWS, Microsoft Azure, or similar cloud platforms.
• Experience with web servers and databases such as MySQL, Microsoft SQL Server, or PostgreSQL.
• Understanding of REST APIs, JSON, OAuth, and networking protocols (DNS, HTTP/S, FTP).
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Flexibility to work night shifts to support global customers.

Nice to have

• Experience with scripting languages such as Python, Shell, or PowerShell.
