Brand Designer

Location: New York, London, or Stockholm. Priority is given to candidates based in New York, with exceptional candidates in London or Stockholm also considered. Collaboration hours should span both the US and Europe.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience and a portfolio of shipped websites demonstrating strong visual craft and brand thinking.
• Experience creating landing pages, brand systems, or marketing sites where design decisions support the story.
• Strong skills in typography, layout, color, and motion, with a clear understanding of brand quality.
• Ability to design directly for the web using real breakpoints, type scales, and production constraints.
• Experience systematizing creative choices in design systems and partnering with design engineers to ship web-native implementations.
• Professional English is required for the application and ongoing company communication.

Nice to have

• Experience shipping personal designs directly to production, including with AI assistance.
• A strong point of view on the future of web design and willingness to pursue unexpected creative directions.

What you will do

• Own the visual and brand craft of Lovable's website across landing pages, campaign sites, and web experiences.
• Set and evolve the visual language for typography, layout systems, imagery, and motion principles.
• Work with design engineering to turn explorations into scalable implementations and stay involved through shipped pixels.
• Collaborate with marketing and brand on launches, campaigns, and positioning changes.
• Build and maintain a visual system that balances consistency with creative experimentation.
• Define and uphold a high quality bar for world-class marketing sites, including under deadline pressure.
