Brand Designer

Location: New York City, United States; hybrid with office attendance on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.

Salary: $200,000–$250,000 per year base salary for roles based in New York City.

What you will do

• Concept, art direct, and design high-visibility brand campaigns, product launches, and events.
• Develop creative approaches that scale across surfaces, moments, and channels.
• Contribute to brand systems and create standards and tooling that improve creative velocity and consistency.
• Partner with stakeholders and executives to drive alignment and make pragmatic tradeoffs.
• Mentor designers and creative partners through feedback, critique, and repeatable design patterns.
• Experiment with AI workflows to concept, prototype, and extend design systems.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in an agency or in-house environment, with leadership on ambiguous, complex, high-impact work.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating culturally resonant, visually diverse work and storytelling across multiple channels.
• Deep commitment to systems thinking, typographic excellence, and attention to detail.
• Experience collaborating with illustrators, animators, copywriters, filmmakers, photographers, and other makers.
• Excellent cross-functional partnership and alignment skills.
• Curiosity about evolving creative tools and a strong perspective on using AI to expand creative expression and improve production.
