Staff Brand Designer (3D)

What you will do

• Design static 2D and 3D creative for product launches, campaigns, promotions, and always-on activity.
• Concept, model, light, texture, and render 3D assets in Cinema 4D, including hero visuals, reusable libraries, and templates.
• Extend the hirify.global Consumer brand across social, lifecycle, web, illustration, and foundational brand projects.
• Build Figma component libraries, marketing templates, and modular campaign kits with localization-ready layouts.
• Use AI-assisted production and collaborate with product marketing, compliance, regional, motion, web, performance, and AI video teams.
• Version and localize creative across markets, languages, and formats while maintaining brand quality.

Requirements

• 7+ years of brand, static, and 3D design experience in a high-volume in-house team or agency.
• Portfolio demonstrating brand and static work, 3D work, multi-format or multi-market adaptation, and reusable design systems.
• Expert command of Cinema 4D and the surrounding 3D workflow, including modeling, lighting, materials, and rendering.
• Expert-level Figma skills, including components, auto layout, variables, and handoff-ready files.
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted production tools and working fluency in Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Ability to work within regulatory constraints, accommodate risk warnings and disclaimers, and deliver quickly through multiple review rounds.

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech, crypto, or another regulated category.
• Curiosity about investing and crypto and the ability to explain the space clearly.
