What you will do

• Analyze performance data, market trends, and investment strategies to develop insights for consultants and clients.
• Research investment products and market conditions to support consultant relations strategy and presentations.
• Prepare reports and updates covering investment performance, strategy changes, and market outlook.
• Monitor market developments and provide timely insights to consultants and client-facing teams.
• Partner with teams across hirify.global to gather information and support a cohesive consultant relations approach.
• Manage multiple priorities with urgency, sound judgment, professionalism, and attention to detail.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree and enrolled at a university during Fall 2027.
• Available for the full 10-week internship from early June to mid-August.
• Available to begin full-time employment at a hirify.global office between January and August 2028.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.2 on a 4.0 scale, or equivalent, at an accredited four-year university.
• Business proficiency in English required.
• Interest in financial markets, macroeconomics, and investment finance, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and interest in data, automation, and AI-enabled tools.

Nice to have

• Finance or capital markets coursework.
• Interest in participating in the Chartered Financial Analyst program.
