TL;DR
Software Development Manager (E-commerce): Leading an agile engineering team building scalable, stable, and manageable distributed systems for customer-focused commerce services with an accent on high scalability, low latency, and high availability. Location: Bengaluru, India; hybrid work with at least 3 days in the office per week and up to 2 days working from home

What you will do
- Lead an agile team of engineers building scalable, stable, and manageable systems.
- Define system architecture and guide software implementation and operations.
- Prioritise requirements, collaborate with product owners and stakeholders, and establish and execute roadmaps.
- Recruit and hire developers aligned with team goals.
- Support engineers through one-to-one evaluations, counselling, and career development.
- Define, measure, and report performance indicators while improving development, management, and business processes.
Requirements
- More than 10 years of software development experience.
- More than 4 years of software development management and architecture-related experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with proven technical leadership.
- Experience with agile software methodologies.

- Experience launching products on time in a dynamic environment.
