Senior Fullstack Software Development Engineer (Agentic AI)

Location: Must be based in Australia (Perth, Sydney, or Melbourne)

What you will do

• Own end-to-end technical delivery for complex, ambiguous software initiatives.
• Architect production-grade generative AI solutions, including RAG pipelines and LLM-backed features.
• Design and orchestrate multi-agent AI systems using emerging protocols and frameworks.
• Establish engineering standards, CI/CD practices, and operational excellence across teams.
• Champion AI-assisted engineering by scaling coding assistants and agentic IDEs.
• Mentor engineers and influence senior customer stakeholders on technical strategy.

Requirements

• 6+ years of cloud architecture and solution implementation experience.
• 10+ years of professional full-stack software development experience.
• Hands-on expertise with modern languages like TypeScript, Python, Java, or Kotlin.
• Proven experience building applications integrating Generative AI or LLMs.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (AWS CDK, Terraform) and DevOps practices.
• Must be authorized to work in Australia.

Nice to have

• Experience leading end-to-end agentic AI initiatives in production.
• Background in API design (REST, GraphQL, gRPC) and identity protocols.
• Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and distributed systems.
• Expertise in vector and graph databases for RAG patterns.
