TL;DR
Sr Delivery Consultant: Agentic AI FullStack SDE, AWS Professional Services (AWS/Generative AI): Designing and delivering production full-stack applications, autonomous agents, and cloud-native solutions for complex customer engagements with an accent on Amazon Bedrock, RAG pipelines, distributed systems, and AI-assisted engineering. Focus on architecting multi-agent workflows, establishing reusable engineering standards, and delivering secure, observable, production-ready software across frontend, backend, and AWS services.
Location: Australia — Perth, Sydney, or Melbourne

What you will do
- Own the architecture and end-to-end delivery of complex cloud-native applications across multiple teams and workstreams.
- Design production generative AI solutions, including RAG pipelines, LLM-powered features, conversational interfaces, and prompt-engineering approaches on Bedrock.
- Architect AI agent and multi-agent systems using orchestration frameworks and protocols such as MCP and A2A.
- Establish engineering standards, reference architectures, reusable components, testing strategies, security practices, observability, and production-readiness processes.
- Lead design and code reviews, mentor engineers, and influence customer and partner stakeholders on technical strategy.
- Introduce AI-powered coding assistants and agentic development workflows across coding, testing, debugging, code review, and delivery.
Requirements
- 10+ years of professional software development experience building full-stack applications across frontend and backend systems.
- 6+ years of cloud architecture and solution implementation experience.
- Experience leading large-scale or technically ambiguous software initiatives across multiple teams or workstreams.
- Experience integrating generative AI or large language model capabilities, including RAG, chat interfaces, agent workflows, or LLM-powered features.
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools, Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
- Hands-on experience with modern frontend and backend technologies, distributed systems, event-driven architectures, and microservices.
Nice to have
- Experience leading agentic AI initiatives from architecture through production, including MCP, A2A, and orchestration patterns.
- Experience with vector and graph databases, embedding pipelines, and prompt engineering.
- Experience with REST, GraphQL, gRPC, OpenID Connect, OAuth 2.0, Docker, ECS, or Kubernetes.
