TPRM Operations Analyst

Location: Bangalore, India. Relocation eligible; travel required up to 10% of the time.

What you will do

• Support the third-party risk management lifecycle from intake and qualification assessment through monitoring and offboarding.
• Oversee due-diligence workflows, track requests against SLAs, and provide operational support to Category Managers, Relationship Owners, and business users.
• Maintain TPRM logs, dashboards, reports, metrics, and audit-ready documentation.
• Analyze operational trends, identify bottlenecks and recurring issues, and recommend process improvements.
• Support workflow, reporting, process, and tool enhancements while tracking milestones and coordinating stakeholders.
• Escalate delays, risks, and operational issues to the Global Third Party Risk Management Lead and senior team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Risk/Compliance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 4–7 years of experience in Procurement Operations, Vendor Management, Risk/Compliance, Program Support, or a similar function.
• Experience in process-driven or workflow-based environments.
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, determine root causes, and recommend improvements.
• Strong organizational, coordination, data accuracy, and documentation skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP Ariba, ServiceNow, or TPRM and risk management platforms such as OneTrust, Exiger, or Interos.
• Knowledge of third-party and supplier risk concepts and due diligence.
• Risk or compliance training and experience supporting audits or control documentation.
