NPD Intern (Supply Chain)

hirify.global is recruiting for its Barcelona HUB NPD Supply team.

What you will do

• Support the NPD Supply team in improving processes and increasing productivity and agility.
• Use planning systems including SAP and JDA and develop PSI understanding.
• Deliver NPD Supply KPIs and drive improvements in owned processes.
• Build a database of material production steps, constraints, capacities, and bottlenecks.
• Assess supplier capacity, business continuity planning, and volume upside and downside scenarios.
• Share recommendations and risks related to inventory parameters, seasonality, supplier capacity, and technical MOQs.

Requirements

• Ongoing bachelor's or master's studies, preferably in engineering, physics, supply chain, or another technical field.
• Strong analytical, technical, organizational, and priority-setting skills.
• Interest in developing tools to automate processes.
• Collaboration, negotiation, and communication skills for working with internal and external stakeholders.
• Accountability, personal drive, and willingness to implement changes and challenge existing processes and systems.
