What you will do

• Manage and update fleet lists and vehicle status for customers.
• Coordinate the transfer of vehicles between bases and register new vehicles in the internal system.
• Administer user access, including requesting IDs for FOS, ejob, ecasing, and dashboards.
• Maintain the vehicle park to ensure the most updated and useful information.
• Manage open jobs by contacting service providers and closing blocking tasks.
• Create SSF tickets for the GBS team and handle contract and vendor creation.

Requirements

• Current Bachelor or Master student, preferably in Business Studies, Marketing, or a similar field.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
• Availability for 35 hours per week for a 6-month internship.
• Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid arrangement in Madrid, Spain.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Italian.
