Procurement Manager - Site & Maintenance Services (m/f/d) (Specialty Chemicals)

Location: Hybrid role based in Tarragona or Barcelona, Spain

Total target cash: €59,250–€79,000 annually, including base salary and annual bonus.

What you will do

• Implement and develop regional sourcing strategies for site and maintenance services.
• Negotiate and conclude contracts and supply agreements for regional service portfolios.
• Manage procurement activities for CAPEX projects, ensuring cost-effective and timely delivery.
• Drive measurable savings and value through strategic procurement initiatives.
• Research markets, develop alternative sourcing concepts, and identify new suppliers.
• Manage strategic supplier relationships and collaborate with internal stakeholders across functions and countries.

Requirements

• Degree in business, operations, procurement, engineering, chemistry, or a related technical field, with a solid commercial background where applicable.
• At least 2 years of business experience, preferably in procurement or supply chain.
• Experience writing, reviewing, and negotiating supply and service contracts.
• Proficiency in SAP procurement modules and MS Office.
• Fluent written and spoken English required.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, compliance, and collaboration skills.
