Global Trade Compliance & Process Transformation Lead (SAP S/4): Defining and standardizing end-to-end logistics, customs, and compliance processes across HP’s Service Supply Chain with an accent on SAP S/4 capabilities, cross-functional integration, and global process governance. Focus on shaping scalable operating models, resolving critical operational gaps, and translating business needs into system improvements across EMEA and the Americas.
Location: Sant Cugat del Valles, Barcelona, Spain; hybrid work model with home office and office attendance.

What you will do
- Lead trade compliance governance across transformation projects and act as the primary subject matter expert for customs and compliance.
- Define, standardize, simplify, and harmonize end-to-end logistics, customs, and compliance processes across regions.
- Shape SAP S/4 logistics capabilities with IT and Digital teams, translating business needs into system improvements and enhancements.
- Support implementation and adoption of new solutions aligned with future operating models.
- Lead cross-functional alignment with stakeholders across EMEA and the Americas, including Logistics, Compliance, and Global Process Owners.
- Identify process gaps, resolve critical operational challenges, support escalations, and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Operations, or a related area.
- Solid understanding of logistics processes, including transportation, customs, and compliance.
- Professional experience in Customs and Trade Compliance is required.
- Experience working in cross-functional or global environments and on international projects.
- Exposure to process improvement, transformation, or system implementations.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

- Experience with SAP S/4HANA logistics modules.
