Lead Technical Project Manager 3rd Party (Media Tech)

Location: Hybrid, based at any major UK hirify.global office; offices listed in Glasgow, London, Newcastle-upon-Tyne and Salford.

Salary: £75,000–£85,000 per year, depending on relevant skills, knowledge and experience.

What you will do

• Lead complex, large-scale technology projects, programmes, portfolios or workstreams with senior stakeholders and budgets of up to £10 million.
• Deliver agreed outputs, outcomes and benefits within time, cost and quality constraints.
• Establish project governance, delivery plans, project controls and management information.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, competing priorities and delivery momentum.
• Lead competitive procurement activities, including RFPs, supplier briefs and work orders.
• Manage supplier relationships, contractual milestones, governance frameworks and escalation pathways.

Requirements

• Proven team leadership and experience leading technical projects, portfolios or workstreams in an agile, product-led organisation.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, influencing and relationship-building skills.
• Experience planning and managing delivery, reporting, governance, project controls and management information.
• Experience managing risks, issues, dependencies and competing priorities in complex or time-sensitive environments.
• Experience managing competitive procurement processes and supplier relationships.
• Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement from a major UK hirify.global office.

Nice to have

• Experience in product, technology, digital, media or broadcast environments.
• Familiarity with different project delivery approaches and the judgement to select the appropriate method.
• Experience with portfolio and capacity management.
• Programme management qualification such as MSP.
