Senior Manager, Accounts Payable & Freight Audit

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable/collections operations across APAC.
• Identify and deploy AI-enabled automation and agent-based workflows to improve accuracy, efficiency, customer experience, and scalability.
• Oversee collections activity, DSO performance, payment operations, reporting, month-end close, aging, and exposure tracking.
• Build, coach, and develop AP and AR teams across multiple APAC countries.
• Assess client credit risk and partner with Credit, Legal, Sales, Account Management, Procurement, Finance Systems, and senior leadership.
• Establish controls and compliance frameworks covering country-specific tax, invoicing, and statutory requirements.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience leading Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Collections, or Credit Risk operations in complex global organizations.
• Experience managing and developing teams and driving operational performance.
• Hands-on experience with AP/AR systems, ERP platforms, and process automation tools such as NetSuite, Stripe, Tesorio, or Trovata.
• Expertise in credit risk assessment, financial statement analysis, collections practices, accounting standards, internal controls, and compliance frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of multiple APAC country tax requirements, invoicing laws, and local accounting and collections practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
