provides payroll services and is expanding its SAP Managed Payroll Services team for the Nordic region.
What you will do
- Process accurate and timely payroll for Estonian clients.
- Ensure compliance with Estonian payroll legislation and statutory reporting requirements.
- Handle complex payroll cases and act as a payroll subject matter expert.
- Support system testing, payroll validations, and process improvements.
- Maintain payroll documentation, SOPs, and work instructions.
- Collaborate with clients, authorities, and internal teams while guiding colleagues on payroll processes.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of payroll experience, preferably in an outsourcing or BPO environment.
- Strong knowledge of Estonian payroll legislation and payroll administration.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent Estonian and English.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and customer-focused approach.
