Field Support Specialist (m/f/d)

Location: Košice, Slovakia. Remote working is available only within Slovakia due to European taxation regulations.

Salary: from €1,150 gross per month; the final salary is negotiable and depends on seniority and previous experience.

What you will do

• Maintain and repair company hardware, devices, and equipment.
• Manage IT equipment, consumables, inventory, and stock control.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for end users.
• Manage and maintain the organization’s network infrastructure and support IT security measures.
• Collaborate with external suppliers on hardware procurement and maintenance.
• Document IT procedures, provide technical training, participate in IT projects, and perform system updates and backups.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in IT support or a similar technical role.
• Strong knowledge of hardware components, troubleshooting, Windows, and Linux.
• Experience with network management and security implementation, plus knowledge of ITIL methodology.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Fluent English and Slovak are required.
