Helpdesk Technician Intern

Location: Belgrade, Serbia; hybrid workplace

What you will do

• Provide in-person and remote technical assistance to hirify.global staff through ticketing, messaging, and video conferencing platforms.
• Troubleshoot user issues using diagnostic techniques and gather additional details when needed.
• Support Windows laptops, Apple MacBooks, printers, user accounts, asset tracking, and how-to documentation.
• Install and upgrade Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems and third-party software such as VMware and Office 365.
• Prioritize incoming tickets, document work accurately, and communicate with end users.
• Escalate unresolved issues to next-level support or coordinate with internal IT teams.

Requirements

• Relevant university degree or college diploma.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10, Apple macOS, and Office 365 for Windows and macOS.
• Basic ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
• Good proficiency in English, patience with end users, and strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift equipment weighing 10–30 lb.
• Willingness to learn and pursue IT certifications.
