Senior Data Analyst in Technology group

Location: Onsite in Tashkent, Uzbekistan

What you will do

• Communicate with clients to identify business requirements for data solutions.
• Define requirements for dashboards, analytics, data access restrictions, data marts, entities, attributes, and data quality checks.
• Identify data sources, document source characteristics, and develop source-to-target mappings and data lineage.
• Support architects with solution architecture, data architecture, data modeling, and selection of suitable data solution components.
• Support project and product managers with plans, backlogs, staffing, data migration, testing strategies, and transition to support.
• Develop documentation and user manuals, organize solution testing and user acceptance testing, and deliver training for users and administrators.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in technical sciences, business, economics, finance, or project management with an IT focus, or equivalent IT training and practice.
• More than 6 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in data solution development or support in an analyst, architect, project manager, product owner, or similar role.
• At least 1 year of experience in banking or financial-sector companies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Russian.
• Strong analytical skills and knowledge of the data solution lifecycle and its key documentation.
• Knowledge of SQL.

Nice to have

• Certification in business analysis, data engineering, or project management.
• Experience in database administration, ETL development, or BI solution configuration.
