Data Analyst (Night Shift)

Location: Tashkent, Afrosiab Street 12; onsite at the employer's office near Oybek Metro Station. Schedule: 5/2, 8-hour shifts, evening shift from 7:00 PM to 3:00 AM.

Citi Fuel provides fuel cards, fleet support, maintenance, and operational services for the trucking industry.

What you will do

• Build, maintain, and update recurring sales performance, KPI, pipeline conversion, lead, opportunity, and loss-reason reports.
• Support weekly, monthly, and quarterly management reporting cycles.
• Track individual and team performance for Sales Representatives and Supervisors.
• Maintain and improve CRM dashboards and reporting tools.
• Analyze sales trends, conversion metrics, cohorts, lead-source effectiveness, sales activation, and pipeline health.
• Identify gaps and anomalies, respond to ad hoc requests from Sales Leadership, and provide data-based recommendations.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of professional experience.
• Strong SQL skills, including complex queries and procedures.
• Experience designing metrics and data marts.
• Hands-on experience with BI tools.
• Ability to analyze business processes and CRM data.
• Fluent Russian and English.
