Civil & Structural Design Lead (Pharmaceutical Facilities)

hirify.global is hiring for civil and structural design work across key life science and pharmaceutical facility projects in Singapore.

What you will do

• Lead the preparation of detailed design reports, calculations, and drawings.
• Coordinate with other disciplines to prepare integrated design deliverables.
• Lead and support design development, site supervision, and stakeholder coordination.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and manage authority submissions.
• Prepare technical reports, risk assessments, and quality improvement proposals.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, design teams, and local authorities on technical matters.

Requirements

• Minimum 15 years of experience leading and designing life science or pharmaceutical facilities in Singapore.
• Familiarity with Singapore BCA Eurocode, Green Mark, Buildability Score, and Singapore civil and structural permitting requirements.
• Strong project management and analytical skills.
• Ability to work under pressure with effective time management.
