Senior Associate Engineer Facilities Engineering

What you will do

• Manage facility plant operations for the assigned fabrication facilities.
• Lead and coordinate Facilities Management Services staff, ensuring issues and complaints are addressed promptly.
• Optimize manpower, logistics, and resource usage across the assigned facilities.
• Follow incident escalation procedures, escalate fab-impact incidents, and support incident investigations.
• Represent operational issues in daily handover meetings and coordinate follow-up with System Engineers.
• Serve as an Emergency Response Team member and support Environmental, Health, Safety & Security programs.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical & Controls, or Chemical Engineering.
• At least 3 years of experience with M&E or UPW systems.
• Hands-on troubleshooting experience with M&E or UPW systems.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Team-oriented approach, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.
