Production Quality Analyst (Commercial Lending)

Location: Firstside Center Bldg (PA373), Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania; remote work may be available in select geographic locations with occasional in-office participation as required. Working hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00 am-4:30 pm EST.

What you will do

• Conduct quality control reviews for Dealer Floorplan Operations across commercial and automotive dealer portfolios.
• Review loan servicing and maintenance requests, related documentation, monetary transactions, and work processes for accuracy and policy compliance.
• Process wire payment requests through PSUI and submit verified funds for release and customer disbursement.
• Identify errors, return requests for correction, and ensure transactions meet applicable service levels and same-day funding deadlines.
• Support new dealer onboarding, escalations, special projects, and team questions when team leadership is unavailable.
• Analyze trends and systemic issues with leadership, perform root cause analysis, and recommend corrective or process-improvement actions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or a comparable combination of education, certifications, and experience.
• Typically less than one year of professional experience or successful completion of a formal development program.
• Strong accuracy and attention to detail, analytical thinking, communication, quality management, and internal-controls skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, follow standard operating procedures, and work with operational transactions and service levels.
• Ability to work EST business hours and meet commercial and auto funding cutoffs.
