Senior KYC Analyst (AML/CFT)

Location: Moka, Mauritius; hybrid work arrangement

What you will do

• Coordinate the day-to-day allocation of work within the Global File Review team.
• Conduct and review AML/CFT and client due diligence assessments across multiple jurisdictions.
• Verify client information and documentation, evaluate risks, and maintain accurate records.
• Identify review trends, share knowledge, and support team development and quality initiatives.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to clarify and validate information.
• Report to management and escalate risks, issues, and regulatory concerns when appropriate.

Requirements

• Degree in business, law, finance, or a related discipline, or significant relevant industry experience with HSC qualifications.
• At least two years of experience in financial services, compliance, corporate administration, legal, audit, or a related environment.
• Knowledge of AML/CFT and client due diligence requirements.
• Experience coordinating or supporting a team and guiding colleagues.
• Strong organisational, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with technology and business systems, with a detail-oriented approach and commitment to continuous learning.
