Earn Product Operation Manager (Tradfi)

What you will do

• Identify, evaluate, and onboard TradFi and real-world assets into Binance Earn.
• Research traditional finance wealth-management and investment structures and redesign them for crypto-native users.
• Assess product feasibility, operational readiness, compliance, risk, and go-to-market execution with Product, BD, Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Operations.
• Analyze market trends, user demand, and competitor offerings across TradFi, RWA, and crypto wealth products.
• Support product launches, optimization, performance tracking, and lifecycle management.
• Develop product frameworks balancing innovation, compliance, risk control, user value, and business growth.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in product operations, product strategy, investment products, or wealth management.
• Strong understanding of product design, product operations, and product lifecycle management.
• Deep knowledge of funds, mutual funds, ETFs, leveraged ETFs, and structured products including PPN, FCN, covered-call strategies, structured tranches, and leveraged funds.
• Strong TradFi background in asset management, wealth management, brokerage, banking, or another financial institution.
• Strong analytical, stakeholder-management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to translate financial product mechanisms into practical, user-friendly, and scalable Earn products, with curiosity about crypto.

Nice to have

• Understanding of tokenization and how real-world assets are represented on-chain.
• Familiarity with compliance, regulatory, and licensing frameworks for investment products, RWAs, or tokenized assets.
• Understanding of stablecoins and their role in on-chain financial products.
• Hands-on usage, research, or personal exploration of crypto products and ecosystems.
• Experience bridging TradFi product logic with crypto-native innovation.
