DevOps Engineer (Agentic AI)

What you will do

• Design, develop, and deploy automation solutions that improve the reliability and efficiency of operational platforms.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines supporting continuous integration, testing, and deployment.
• Build and expand automation frameworks, GitOps workflows, and deployment automation for multi-tenant cloud platforms.
• Build AI agents for operational automation, including AI-driven incident triage, root cause analysis, and operational assistants.
• Improve platform reliability, security, observability, scalability, and resource utilization while monitoring performance and troubleshooting production issues.
• Collaborate with development teams and stakeholders, maintain documentation, create training materials, and share technical knowledge.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent professional qualifications.
• 2–5 years of enterprise experience in DevOps, cloud engineering, or related infrastructure roles.
• 2+ years of experience administering Linux, Unix, or Windows systems, plus hands-on experience with Oracle database technologies and PL/SQL.
• Experience with CI/CD tools, Kubernetes, Helm, Docker, Terraform, Ansible, and scripting with Bash, PowerShell, Python, or Go.
• Experience with Azure AKS, AWS, or GCP infrastructure and knowledge of GitOps tools such as ArgoCD and Crossplane.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, analytical, and collaboration skills for working with geographically dispersed teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with Azure services including networking, firewalls, Front Door, Container Registry, Managed Identities, and Storage.
• Experience with agentic AI frameworks and autonomous AI systems, AI governance, prompt engineering, RAG, and AI-powered workflow orchestration.
• Familiarity with MongoDB Atlas, testing automation, test data management, Prometheus, ELK Stack, or Grafana.
• Knowledge of security, compliance, infrastructure hardening, incident response, and production troubleshooting.
• Experience with highly available and scalable multi-tenant cloud systems.
